Terms & Conditions — JudiWin33

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JudiWin33 ("JudiWin33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at judiwin33.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on JudiWin33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of JudiWin33 staff, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
7. You hold a valid Malaysian bank account, e-wallet account (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay), or are otherwise able to transact in MYR through a supported payment method listed on the Platform.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name (as shown on your Malaysian IC or passport), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. JudiWin33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. JudiWin33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 KYC Verification

JudiWin33 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This typically involves submitting a copy of your Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad / IC), a selfie or portrait, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

JudiWin33 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are generally processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. JudiWin33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available to verified Accounts only. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Player's name. JudiWin33 targets withdrawal processing within minutes for most verified requests; however, processing times may occasionally extend based on security review requirements. JudiWin33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

JudiWin33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Circumventing this rule via multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• During any active bonus period, a maximum bet limit applies (typically between RM250 and RM500 per spin or bet round). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation.

Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. All game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

For sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets, all bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time of placement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JudiWin33 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-vs-player formats.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — systematic exploitation of promotional offers in ways that undermine the commercial intent of those offers.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward JudiWin33 staff or other players.

All content on the JudiWin33 Platform — including but not limited to the JudiWin33 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JudiWin33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from JudiWin33.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JudiWin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions, or any technical failures.

JudiWin33's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JudiWin33 makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. While we target 99%+ uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

JudiWin33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Upon receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Upon termination, any Real Money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via the most recently used payment method, net of any amounts owed to JudiWin33 or any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless specifically stated otherwise.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
